2. PRODUCTS AND PRICES
- All products are made to order (print-on-demand)
- Prices are quoted in EUR, including VAT 21%
- We reserve the right to change prices, but the price valid at the time of your order will be applied to your order.
- Product photos are illustrative - actual colors may vary slightly
3. ORDER PROCESSING
- The order is binding after payment has been made.
- After confirming your order, you will receive an email with the order details.
- Since products are manufactured individually, orders cannot be canceled after production has begun.
4. PAYMENT
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit card/debit card
- GooglePay
- ApplePay
All payments are processed securely using encrypted connections.
5. DELIVERY
- Delivery times:
- Latvia: 3-5 working days
- Europe: 6-8 working days
- USA: 10-14 working days
- International: 10-20 working days
- Delivery time = production time (3-7 days) + shipping time
- Delivery costs are calculated when the order is placed.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by postal/courier services.
- The risk of the goods passes to the buyer at the moment when the goods are handed over to the carrier.
6. RETURN POLICY
EU consumers:
- You have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods
- However, according to the EU directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to individually manufactured products.
- Since our products are manufactured to your order, standard returns are not possible.
Exceptions - we accept returns if:
- The product is defective or has a manufacturing defect
- Wrong product received
- Product size does not correspond substantially to the size chart
7. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
- We guarantee that the products are as described and of high quality
- Our liability is limited to the value of the product
- We are not liable for indirect damages
- In case of a defect, we offer a new product or a refund
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All designs, logos and content on the site are protected by copyright
- When you buy a product, you get the right to wear it, but not to reproduce the design
- The works of artists (such as illustrations by Kārlis Ulmanis and Jānis Burmeisters) remain their property.
9. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
- We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR
- Detailed information is available in our Privacy Policy.
- Your data will only be used to fulfill your order and will not be shared with third parties.
